Lead and develop software engineering teams while overseeing critical enterprise systems, architecture, integrations, AI adoption, and engineering quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor development teams while driving business and technical objectives
- Lead the development, maintenance, and modernization of critical enterprise systems
- Plan and lead solution architecture and integrations between systems
- Promote and implement AI solutions across the organization
- Lead Agile development processes using Jira
- Own development quality, test automation, CI/CD processes, and engineering best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing development teams
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise systems
- Significant full-stack development experience in an enterprise environment
- In-depth experience with SharePoint, Umbraco, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience leading AI solutions and implementing AI products within an organization
- Strong understanding of systems architecture and system integration
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and cloud infrastructure
Nice to have
- Experience optimizing website and application performance
- Experience with database modeling and management
- Experience leading code reviews and code refactoring
- Knowledge of UX principles
- Experience in large organizations or the financial sector
