Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers building a multi-cloud B2B SaaS platform for secrets management and machine identity security. The role involves hands-on backend architecture, microservices, and collaboration with cryptography and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4-7 full-stack and backend engineers
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in backend architecture and code design
- Drive feature lifecycles within high-scale microservices and cloud infrastructure
- Architect scalable multi-cloud microservices on AWS and Azure using Go, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Collaborate with cryptography researchers, DevOps, and product management
Requirements
- 1+ years of direct team management experience
- 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience in Go, Python, Node.js, Java, Scala, or Kotlin
- Proven experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Practical experience with Docker and containerized microservices
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and distributed systems
