Lead a team of skilled backend, frontend, and data engineers to architect and build scalable systems serving customers and partners. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Drive technical excellence, system design, code reviews, and operational reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and system design for core products and services.
- Guide a multidisciplinary squad of engineers through implementation and delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
- Ensure development aligns with business objectives and engineering standards.
- Conduct design and code reviews, and drive performance optimization.
- Oversee system reliability, monitoring, and incident response.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience guiding engineering teams.
- 8+ years of software engineering with a focus on scalable architecture.
- Proficiency in modern system architecture for large-scale, high-performance systems.
- Impact-driven, using data to maximize team's impact.
- Strong communication skills and team player in fast-paced environment.
- Creative, solution-oriented, adaptable to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kotlin or Java.
- Experience with frontend and mobile technologies.
- Solid understanding of AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Expertise in Spring Framework.
- Proficient in relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Familiarity with message queue technologies (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ).
