Strategic Engineering Operations Manager driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance engineering effectiveness, operational excellence, and scale. Partner with R&D, DevOps, and Data Science to lead planning, execution, governance, and process improvement, fostering engineering enablement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with R&D, DevOps, Architecture, and Data Science teams to enable delivery, operational excellence, and scale.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution and BAU transition.
- Provide clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Translate enterprise requirements into pragmatic engineering execution plans.
- Ensure accurate technical asset governance within enterprise systems.
- Define and drive engineering enablement programs (onboarding, learning, innovation, knowledge sharing).
- Identify and implement process, tooling, automation, and organizational improvements.
- Coordinate engineering risk management activities and maintain the risk registry.
- Support enterprise tech approval, sourcing, procurement, and vendor processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a technology or engineering environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Collaborative team player with strong ability to build alignment across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English.
