Lead a team of systems analysts, manage cross-organizational technology projects from initiation to implementation, translate business needs into system solutions, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders. Requires 3+ years of management experience and hands-on SQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of systems analysts, including task allocation, priorities, workloads, and performance.
- Drive complex cross-organizational technology projects from initiation to implementation, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and change.
- Translate business needs into system and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units.
- Manage system maintenance and incident resolution with external software vendors.
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and management tools.
- Coordinate with other technology teams to ensure end-to-end high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members professionally and personally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Information Systems/Health Systems Management.
- At least 3 years of direct management experience of Project Managers and/or Systems Analysts.
- At least 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis and writing system specifications.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with systemic view and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of independence, responsibility, and service orientation.
- Availability during non-standard working hours when required.
