Full-time hybrid role in central Israel, responsible for leading the digital platforms and core banking integration for a leading financial organization. Oversee version management, agile delivery, and technical requirements coordination.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the bank's digital assets – websites and applications.
- Represent the technology division within agile teams.
- Manage versions, coordinate and integrate developments and deliverables.
- Work with development, product, and adjacent system teams.
- Bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
- Responsible for integration with core banking systems.
- Review and approve HLD and LLD documents.
- Coordinate production deployments and acceptance testing.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and constraints.
- Plan future versions and coordinate work plans.
- Provide solutions and assist in systems analysis.
Requirements
- Academic degree – mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing information systems in financial organizations.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking systems.
- Significant knowledge and experience with digital systems.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Systemic vision and broad analytical ability.
- Experience working with users and vendors.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and coordinate development and adjacent teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of expression.
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering and Management
