Lead a team of 5-6 engineers in developing automated test software for radar systems and electronic cards. Requires strong RF systems background, Python development for hardware control, and 3+ years management experience. Based in Netanya with occasional travel to Beit She'an.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of ATE software engineers.
- Design and develop automated test software for electronic cards and radar calibration.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.
- Collaborate with hardware, system, and RF engineers to ensure software-hardware integration.
- Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years experience managing a team of 5-6 engineers.
- 5+ years of Python development for hardware/system control.
- Strong background in RF systems and experience with RF hardware/test equipment.
- Experience in driver development and hardware interfaces (Ethernet, TCP/IP).
- System-oriented with ability to troubleshoot multidisciplinary issues.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with technical documentation and test plans.
