Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, and electronics in the aerospace and defense sector. Drive system architecture, integration, verification, and delivery of airborne platforms. Requires systems engineering expertise and technical leadership experience. Work with international customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of complex airborne systems throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams in a matrix environment.
- Define system requirements and translate operational needs into system-level technical solutions.
- Lead system architecture, design, integration, verification, and validation activities.
- Coordinate technical activities across hardware, software, electronics, and mechanics disciplines.
- Lead system and subsystem integration and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Manage technical interfaces between teams, suppliers, and external customers.
- Lead technical reviews and ensure technical alignment across the project.
- Develop and maintain system requirements, design specifications, and technical documentation.
- Support customer-facing activities including technical discussions, requirements definition, and delivery.
- Drive technical execution according to project plans and key milestones.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in complex multidisciplinary hardware-software systems.
- Proven experience in technical leadership or matrix management of engineering teams.
- Strong systems engineering background with experience in system integration and end-to-end product development.
- Hands-on engineering background with exposure to electrical and hardware systems.
- Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines and managing complex technical interfaces.
- Strong English communication skills for working with international customers and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
