Lead a team of full-stack engineers in a fast-growing B2B payment platform company. Own a user-facing product area, making strategic decisions and enhancing workflows. Hands-on role with React, Node.js, AWS. Drive technical excellence, hiring, and collaboration with Product and Design. Based in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work.
- Set goals, define tasks, and manage timelines to execute a roadmap.
- Work closely with Product and Design on new user-facing features.
- Take an active role in hiring for your team and the company.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer with frontend and backend development.
- 3+ years experience managing a team of 4+ engineers.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with NodeJS.
- Experience in continuous delivery including automated tests.
- Deep understanding of production systems and web product architecture.
- Proactive team player with a desire to impact the engineering team, product, and customers.
- Eye for UX/UI and details.
- Independent, resourceful, and creative.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS infrastructure
