Lead a group of 20+ engineers across multiple teams to drive the delivery and quality of security platform products. Oversee the full lifecycle from design to production, championing automation, quality assurance, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery process from design through development and EA to production rollout.
- Define and drive quality vision, strategy, and roadmap for products including Automation, QA, and Customer Focus.
- Lead and mentor an engineering group of 3-4 specialized teams (20+ people).
- Foster cross-organizational collaboration across engineering, product, security, and support functions.
- Align stakeholders and drive consensus on technical and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- BS/MS in CS/CE or similar field.
- 6+ years of software development experience, including managing managers.
- Experience leading teams of 15-20 in fast-paced, large-scale development.
- Experience with security and networking projects.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting (C++, Python, Shell).
- Expertise in designing automation and scalable systems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI tools (OpenAI ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.
