Responsibilities
- Lead frontend engineering organization, providing technical leadership and architectural direction.
- Manage and mentor frontend engineers across infrastructure and platform teams.
- Own strategic direction of frontend technology, tooling, and practices.
- Define and execute frontend infrastructure roadmap.
- Establish and evolve frontend standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate and implement modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, backend, design, and leadership.
- Champion frontend engineering excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years managing engineering teams.
- Proven experience leading a technical domain.
- At least 3 years hands-on React experience.
- Strong experience in frontend architecture and scalable systems.
- Ability to influence technical standards across teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational influence.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS companies.
- Experience in startup environments.
- Experience with Tailwind, shadcn, SSR.
- Experience scaling frontend infrastructure in high-growth environments.
