Lead the technological solution, development, and integrations for a new website and mobile application, from planning to production. Guide development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technological solution, development, and integrations
- Guide development teams and work with business and technology stakeholders
- Own end-to-end technological delivery and solution quality
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing enterprise Web platforms, including 3+ years as a Tech Lead, Developer Lead, or equivalent
- Experience leading 1–2 complex projects to Production, including at least one website or mobile application
- 4+ years designing Cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Cloud Native architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure, and security
- Strong Hands-On Full Stack experience with React or Angular, .NET Core or C#, Microservices, REST APIs, and system integrations
- Experience leading development teams, including Code Review, Best Practices, estimation, and code quality
- Experience with Agile and Scrum, including Backlog, Sprint Planning, Estimation, and end-to-end Delivery
- Proven experience delivering Generative AI solutions to Production using technologies such as LLMs, RAG, NLP, Agents, Embeddings, or enterprise and CRM integrations
- Experience with AI-Assisted Development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar tools
