Responsibilities
- Manage 3 BI development teams in a matrix structure.
- Lead enterprise-wide technology projects from business need to execution.
- Direct work plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive innovation and strategic solutions in BI, DWH, and AI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in BI, Data, and enterprise information solutions.
- 5+ years of experience managing development teams and leaders in a matrix structure.
- Proven track record leading complex technology projects and cross-organizational solutions.
- Demonstrated experience developing technology solutions from business requirement to implementation.
- Hands-on experience managing work plans, budgets, planning, and resource assignment.
