Senior FP&A Business Partner
Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting for a fast-growing semiconductor IP company. Partner with business leaders to drive strategic decisions through financial insights. Build and improve FP&A systems and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term planning, and financial modeling across revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions, business planning, and resource allocation.
- Partner with business leaders across R&D, Operations, Business Development, and corporate functions to translate business drivers into financial outcomes.
- Prepare monthly management reporting, including budget vs. actuals, forecast vs. actuals, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards.
- Develop and maintain financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support growth initiatives.
- Support executive leadership and Board reporting with data-driven financial insights.
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, automation, and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- BA in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; CPA certification is a strong advantage.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance.
- Experience in a Tech company, preferably global and fast-growing, with exposure to multi-currency operations and FX planning.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills connecting financial data to business performance.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A systems, financial reporting platforms, and AI tools.
- Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with ability to build processes from scratch.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
