Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to build complex financial models, price tenders, and provide budgetary control for infrastructure projects. The role involves feasibility studies, scenario modelling, and management reporting, collaborating with senior management and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Build complex financial models for infrastructure projects and investments.
- Price tenders and prepare financial components of project proposals.
- Develop BOT, PPP, and project finance models.
- Conduct feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and scenario modelling.
- Provide budgetary control and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare forecasts, performance analyses, and management reports.
- Collaborate with senior management, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of relevant economic or financial experience.
- Proven experience building complex financial models.
- Experience in budgetary control and project financial oversight.
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems experience.
- High-level English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in infrastructure, EPC, energy, water, BOT, PPP, or project-based business.
- Experience in investment analysis or company/project valuations.
- Familiarity with IFRIC 12.
