Responsibilities
- Analyze investment opportunities and build deal structures
- Support negotiations and complex financing processes
- Conduct due diligence and market analysis
- Support strategic processes and investment decisions
- Analyze and help lead tender processes, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategic activity
- Work with stakeholders in Israel and internationally
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an analyst in a project finance department at a financial advisory firm, or comparable experience at a development company
- Strong analytical and business judgment skills
- Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions
- Ability to work independently in a demanding environment
- Strong self-learning capabilities
Nice to have
- Experience in the energy sector
