Support customers through cloud cost management and financial operations by analyzing spending, improving cost control, and communicating actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver cloud cost management and cost optimization strategies to customers
- Manage technical, operational, and financial onboarding for new customers
- Perform financial analyses and support budgeting, planning, and internal customer requests
- Oversee customer invoicing for accuracy and timely delivery
- Identify cost spikes, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Use AI-assisted tools to identify savings and create customer-facing recommendations and reports
- Present financial findings and actionable insights to customers
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn independently and work across teams
- AI-native approach with responsible, creative use of AI tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in technical and non-technical settings
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude
