Responsible for analyzing infrastructure and energy project loans, initiating transactions, managing negotiations with clients and banks, monitoring credit deals, and presenting to investment committees.
Responsibilities
- Analyze feasibility of loans and credit transactions for infrastructure projects.
- Initiate new transactions.
- Manage negotiations and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, banks, and advisors.
- Integrate with external advisors.
- Monitor and control executed credit transactions and manage loans.
- Present transactions to investment committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years experience in project finance or infrastructure project initiation.
- Knowledge of capital and financing markets.
- Knowledge of project financing models.
- High proficiency in Excel.
