Support the FP&A group with financial reporting, analysis of actuals and forecasts, implementation of a budget system, and budgetary control across a global organization. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Support implementation and testing of a new budget system.
- Monitor budgetary control processes to ensure objectives are met.
- Develop reports and metrics to drive performance improvement.
- Collaborate with global teams across regions and cultures.
- Promote continuous improvement in financial processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Industrial & Management Engineering.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Fluent English.
