Financial Economist at a manufacturing plant. Partner in financial processes, budget control, annual planning, and providing analytical solutions. Support cross-company efficiency projects and maintain BI systems.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing corporate financial processes, including quarterly closing and forecast building.
  • Perform ongoing budgetary control across company units with analytical and business analysis of results.
  • Assist company units in developing solutions when deviations or gaps are identified.
  • Significantly contribute to building the annual work plan based on analysis of historical data.
  • Help maintain various systems (Priority BI, TM1) and reporting tools for managing forecasts and the annual plan.
  • Conduct various economic analyses and provide ongoing support for internal and cross-company projects and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an economist in a technological/industrial/retail company.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions.
  • High level of English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree.
  • Familiarity with Priority ERP.
  • Familiarity with Power BI / Power Pivot – significant advantage.
