Financial Economist
Financial Economist at a manufacturing plant. Partner in financial processes, budget control, annual planning, and providing analytical solutions. Support cross-company efficiency projects and maintain BI systems.
Responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing corporate financial processes, including quarterly closing and forecast building.
- Perform ongoing budgetary control across company units with analytical and business analysis of results.
- Assist company units in developing solutions when deviations or gaps are identified.
- Significantly contribute to building the annual work plan based on analysis of historical data.
- Help maintain various systems (Priority BI, TM1) and reporting tools for managing forecasts and the annual plan.
- Conduct various economic analyses and provide ongoing support for internal and cross-company projects and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- 2-3 years of experience as an economist in a technological/industrial/retail company.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions.
- High level of English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Familiarity with Priority ERP.
- Familiarity with Power BI / Power Pivot – significant advantage.
