Seeking a Financial Analyst to support project cost estimation, budget control, and economic analysis. Collaborate with procurement, finance, engineering, planning, and marketing teams. Requires up to 2 years experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/Priority. Real estate/construction experience is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project estimates, including cost analysis and pricing.
- Perform ongoing budget controls, prepare control reports, and monitor complex budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct economic analyses, identify gaps and deviations, and present insights to management.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, engineering, planning, and marketing departments.
- Participate in cross-functional control processes and departmental process improvement.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience as an economist (required).
- High proficiency in Excel (required).
- Experience with SAP / Priority (significant advantage).
- Strong ability to analyze reports and derive insights.
- Familiarity with construction / real estate (significant advantage).
- Accuracy, sharpness, and ability to work independently.
