Analytical Financial Analyst responsible for budgeting, forecasting, pricing, financial modeling, and process automation using AI tools. Collaborates with leadership to support strategic decisions and improve financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and ongoing financial analysis.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide business insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze project, customer, and business unit profitability.
  • Build pricing models and support commercial decision-making.
  • Develop financial models and analyze operational and financial data.
  • Prepare payroll-related data and coordinate with external payroll providers.
  • Prepare and maintain employment agreements throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Work closely with external accounting teams to ensure accurate financial operations.
  • Manage and optimize financial workflows using Monday.com and other business systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency using AI tools.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects across finance, operations, and business management.
  • Prepare management reports and present key findings to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve business processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fast learner with a high level of curiosity and a desire to continuously grow.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Economist, FP&A, or similar finance role.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, pricing, or profitability analysis.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
