Analytical Financial Analyst responsible for budgeting, forecasting, pricing, financial modeling, and process automation using AI tools. Collaborates with leadership to support strategic decisions and improve financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and ongoing financial analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and provide business insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze project, customer, and business unit profitability.
- Build pricing models and support commercial decision-making.
- Develop financial models and analyze operational and financial data.
- Prepare payroll-related data and coordinate with external payroll providers.
- Prepare and maintain employment agreements throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Work closely with external accounting teams to ensure accurate financial operations.
- Manage and optimize financial workflows using Monday.com and other business systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency using AI tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects across finance, operations, and business management.
- Prepare management reports and present key findings to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve business processes.
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Fast learner with a high level of curiosity and a desire to continuously grow.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Economist, FP&A, or similar finance role.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, pricing, or profitability analysis.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
