Support financial operations for a global e-commerce platform by analyzing reports, reconciling client accounts, and resolving financial queries with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex sales and operational reports
- Perform client account reconciliations
- Act as a financial point of contact for clients
- Lead client meetings and provide training on financial processes and tools
- Monitor and resolve ongoing financial queries and issues
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Technology, Payments, Product, and Account Management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and client guidance skills
Nice to have
- Italian language skills
- Previous experience in a finance-related role
- Proficiency in SQL
- A degree in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
