Lead the planning, control and business analysis function, partnering with management, operations and sales to support financial performance and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Lead performance control and analysis
- Conduct profitability and pricing analyses
- Build economic models, business models and KPIs
- Prepare analyses for management and the board of directors
- Support business decision-making processes
- Assess economic viability for M&A and growth initiatives
- Support post-acquisition implementation
- Manage and lead a team of economists
- Partner with management, operations and sales
- Lead cross-organizational performance and business-effectiveness initiatives
Requirements
- Mandatory bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related quantitative or financial field
- Significant experience in FP&A, budgeting, control and business analysis
- Experience managing and leading a professional team
- Experience leading cross-organizational processes
- Strong understanding of business processes and systemic business thinking
- Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge professionally and drive initiatives
- Initiative, independence and strong ownership
Nice to have
- MBA, Economics, Finance or a related master's degree
- Financial analysis or M&A experience
- Experience in an industrial company
