Own end-to-end billing operations, from usage ingestion to invoice issuance. Validate pricing logic, monitor billing data for trends, and collaborate with development on automation. Engage with clients on billing inquiries, ensuring financial accuracy and process optimization in a FinOps environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely monthly invoicing.
- Validate client pricing data and commercial terms in billing platforms.
- Monitor billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and provide strategic insights.
- Work with development team to automate and integrate AI tools into billing workflows.
- Address complex billing inquiries from clients, providing technical clarity.
- Proactively improve internal processes to scale billing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data or cost analysis with large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and conditional logic.
- Strong problem-solving and process optimization abilities.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or cost analysis.
- Experience with FinOps, AWS Cost Explorer, or cloud cost data.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS/cloud platforms.
