Oversee financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, analyze business trends, manage tax matters, coordinate with auditors, and supervise accounting operations across subsidiaries. Drive process improvements, implement financial policies, and perform internal audits. Requires CPA, Big 5 experience, and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS
- Analyze business trends and budget vs. actual performance across subsidiaries
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support decision-making
- Handle global and local tax matters and filings with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial and tax audits
- Oversee subsidiaries’ financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supervise day-to-day accounting and financial operations in subsidiaries
- Lead projects and drive process improvements across the group
- Perform internal audit activities to ensure compliance with group policies
- Implement and develop group-wide financial policies, standards, and controls
- Maintain cross-functional communication with finance, operations, IT, etc.
- Travel abroad as required to support subsidiaries and business needs
Requirements
- CPA qualification with Big 5 experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience post-internship
- Experience auditing public companies or working in a public company environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- High analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent English (written and verbal)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of information systems and experience with ERP environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multinational, multi-currency environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience with NetSuite
- Familiarity with implementing and utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and financial processes
