Senior Financial Reporting Controller responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, consolidated reports, and regulatory submissions for a public retail company. Reports to CFO and works with external auditors and the Israel Securities Authority.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and SEC requirements.
- Prepare consolidated reports and periodic regulatory filings.
- Liaise with external auditors and the Israel Securities Authority.
- Implement new accounting standards and prepare materials for management.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 5–7 years of post-internship experience.
- Experience in public companies with IFRS financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- BIG4 firm experience.
- Experience in consolidated financial reports.
