Strategic finance leader responsible for all financial activities in Israel and ROW. Business partner to GM, leads FP&A, reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, SOX compliance. Builds and leads teams. 10+ years experience, CPA required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic financial business partner to Deputy GM, driving business growth.
- Lead all financial operations across Israel and ROW, ensuring global alignment.
- Own and drive the financial planning cycle (budget, forecasting, long-term plans).
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to Leonardo DRS headquarters.
- Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, corporate policies, and local regulations.
- Lead internal controls and financial governance processes.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants.
- Build and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to support business objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with senior leadership roles.
- Experience in global/US corporate environment.
- Significant experience in industrial/manufacturing organizations.
- CPA certification required; MBA preferred.
- Strong FP&A, financial reporting, operational finance background.
- Experience managing matrix reporting and corporate HQ.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing skills.
- Strategic and hands-on ability.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
