Seeking a Senior Accountant for a private group. Responsibilities include preparing consolidated financial statements, IFRS reporting, month-end closing, financial analysis, and audit coordination. CPA license and audit experience required. Hybrid work, 70% position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated and separate financial statements.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports in accordance with IFRS.
- Oversee bookkeeping and month-end closing processes.
- Conduct financial analyses and prepare management reports for executives.
- Liaise with banks, consultants, and authorities as needed.
- Support external audits and prepare audit materials.
- Handle accounting issues within a group of companies.
- Build and implement financial controls and work processes.
Requirements
- CPA license.
- Previous experience auditing public companies from a leading accounting firm.
- Practical experience with IFRS.
- Experience preparing quarterly financial statements.
- High proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple interfaces.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

- Experience working with a group of companies or subsidiaries.
