Seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to establish and manage financial infrastructure in banking and credit sectors. Lead automation and digitization projects, develop new payment solutions, coordinate with financial institutions, and perform financial transactions. Requires 3+ years of experience in banking/credit operations.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage financial infrastructure processes for banking and credit operations.
- Lead financial automation and digitization initiatives.
- Develop and implement new financial payment solutions.
- Coordinate with banking and credit company representatives to execute financial operations.
- Perform financial transactions and operational activities within bank accounts.
- Draft procedures and distribute operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a quantitative discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking or credit operations within the last 6 years.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with financial systems used by banks or credit companies.
