Seeking an experienced CPA with Big 4 background to serve as a Business Unit Controller. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, controllership, and business partnership. Opportunity to grow into US operations management.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights.
- Build financial models and business cases.
- Own monthly/quarterly closing and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and automation.
- Support US operations financial activities.
Requirements
- CPA certification.
- Significant Big 4 experience.
- Experience with large public companies.
- Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge.
- Advanced Excel.
- Excellent English.
Nice to have
- Experience with NASDAQ/NYSE listed companies.
- US GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
- Team management experience.
- Exposure to budgeting/forecasting.
- Interest in technology/AI.
