Hands-on Financial Controller to manage full-cycle financial operations including monthly and annual closing, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting, while partnering with management and shareholders. Requires CPA and 4-8 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and annual closing processes and prepare financial statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Manage cash flow and working capital, providing financial insights
- Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and management reports
- Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and banks
- Improve financial processes and implement controls
- Support post-acquisition integration and align financial processes
- Act as financial business partner to department managers
Requirements
- Israeli CPA qualification
- 4-8 years of experience, including as Financial Controller or Assistant Controller
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
- Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
- Hands-on, proactive approach with ability to lead processes independently
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience in operational, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or industrial company
- Experience with investment funds, shareholders, or boards
