Senior Financial Controller role leading end-to-end accounting and control, including close, audit, tax, treasury, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Requires CPA, 5+ years experience, US GAAP expertise, NetSuite, and team leadership in SaaS/technology.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple legal entities and geographies
- Lead controllership and technical accounting under US GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Manage external audit and tax compliance across jurisdictions
- Manage treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships
- Own statutory and financial reporting, and support board/investor reporting
- Own and improve financial systems (NetSuite), driving process automation and AI efficiency
- Oversee procurement, bookkeeping, and payroll team
- Oversee AR, billing, and collections
- Build, mentor, and develop the accounting and control team
- Drive FP&A: financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee employee equity and ESOP administration
Requirements
- Certified CPA (Israel)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in companies, following time at an audit firm
- SaaS/Technology industry experience
- Strong financial analytics and hands-on NetSuite experience
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Proven people management and team-building experience
- Strong process and systems orientation, including AI and automation in finance
- Deep, hands-on US GAAP expertise, including revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Multi-entity, multi-geography experience, with end-to-end ownership of external audit and tax
