Finance Operations Associate responsible for compiling financial reports, analyzing financial data, and managing merchant accounts. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and communicates with merchants. Requires finance/accounting degree and proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities
- Compile and produce financial reports for internal and external use.
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Manage and monitor merchants' financial accounts, updating records and balances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present financial analyses.
- Handle daily correspondence with merchants via email and other tools.
- Support finance team operations, including occasional weekend work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in finance operations, accounting, or payment processing.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of English proficiency.
