Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, accounting, and payroll. Serve as strategic business partner to executive management. CPA required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial operations for a project-based services organization.
- Oversee cash flow, banking, treasury, and collection processes.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage accounting and payroll, including supervision of Payroll Accountant.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial statements.
- Build and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
- Provide financial guidance to executive management.
- Support due diligence processes.
Requirements
- CPA certification (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics
- Experience working with banks, external auditors, and external financial advisors
- Experience in a services company (mandatory)
- Proven experience in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial control
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to work independently
