Lead financial operations for a real estate company, covering reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, compliance, accounting controls, and financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS or GAAP
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities
- Provide financial analysis for investment decisions and project profitability
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants
- Oversee accounting operations and implement internal controls
- Support real estate transactions with development, operations, and legal teams
Requirements
- CPA or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- Experience as a Finance Controller
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and real estate financial practices
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Priority
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Fluent written and spoken English

- Experience in the real estate sector
