Controller role at a fast-growing in-game advertising firm. Oversee global financial reporting, consolidation, and tax. Lead month-end close, variance analysis, and KPI tracking. Support investor relations and define MBOs. Requires CPA, Netsuite, and international accounting experience. Hybrid in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Manage global financial closing, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Maintain tax planning and internal controls.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights.
- Support investor relations and fundraising materials preparation.
- Define and track KPIs and MBOs with leadership.
- Oversee billing operations and ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with external auditors on annual audits.
Requirements
- 2+ years as assistant controller in a global firm
- Knowledge of international accounting and tax standards
- Proficiency in Netsuite ERP
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Familiarity with Mesh and HubSpot
