Seeking an experienced CFO to lead all financial and accounting functions. Full responsibility for budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, bank relations, financing, and tax planning. Strategic partner to the CEO and board.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the group’s finance and accounting functions
- Annual and multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Cash flow management, forecasting, and financial risk management
- Periodic and annual financial statements and management reporting
- Lead and develop finance and accounting teams
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, institutional investors, and business partners
- Lead complex financing negotiations, project accompaniment agreements, and credit facilities
- Develop tailored financing solutions and optimize credit structures
- Lead capital raising, debt issuances, and investor reporting
- Group tax planning and liaison with tax authorities
- Financial insurance management and claims handling
- Economic and financial analysis for projects, investments, and business opportunities
- Strategic partnership with management in decision-making and business development
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
- Previous experience as CFO in a real estate development and/or construction company – mandatory
- Experience in a public company and deep familiarity with public company requirements – mandatory
- At least 5 years in senior financial roles in the real estate and construction industry – mandatory
- Deep experience in bank financing of real estate projects, including land financing, guarantees, and credit lines – mandatory
- Proven experience in capital markets, leading equity/debt raising and issuances – mandatory
Nice to have
- Experience managing complex financial systems in medium-large companies
- Deep understanding of project feasibility analysis and real estate investment evaluation
- Experience in M&A transactions in the real estate sector
