Certified Public Accountant responsible for preparing and signing IFRS financial statements, managing accounting operations and team, implementing internal controls, and liaising with banks and stakeholders for a real estate financing company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Prepare and sign balance sheets.
- Implement and monitor internal controls.
- Manage the accounting department and team.
- Collaborate with management, banks, financing sources, and professional advisors.
- Provide solutions for complex accounting issues.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license - mandatory.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and signing balance sheets under IFRS - mandatory.
- Experience working with real estate development, real estate, or construction companies - mandatory.
- High proficiency in accounting standards and financial statement analysis.
- Experience in managing a team of bookkeepers/accountants - mandatory.
Benefits
- Salary: 27,000-28,000 ILS per month
