Lead software verification for complex networking, virtualization, storage, and security products. Design automated Python testing, validate system and integration behavior, manage Linux-based test environments, and drive defects and release quality through collaboration with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated Python test scripts and frameworks
- Own feature verification from test planning through implementation and full automation
- Perform system-level, integration, functionality, and performance validation
- Set up, maintain, and optimize Linux, Docker, and virtual-machine test environments
- Define test requirements and coordinate releases with software, DevOps, architecture, and product teams
- Improve verification methodologies, track release progress, and build release indicators
- Analyze test results, file defects, and track issues through closure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or software engineering
- Strong Python and automation scripting skills
- Experience with Linux environments, system tools, and command-line utilities
- Understanding of computer networking and modern Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of software testing, integration, and system validation practices
- Fluent English with strong presentation and public-speaking abilities
Nice to have
- Networking protocols or low-level system tools experience
- Docker, KVM, or other virtualization technologies
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Test reporting tools such as Allure, Grafana, or Kibana
- Large hardware-software systems and advanced Linux technologies
- Git, Bash, and additional scripting languages
