Join a software engineering team building production-grade validation infrastructure for large-scale distributed data systems. Develop adversarial testing, chaos experiments, observability, and AI-assisted validation tools.
Responsibilities
- Design Python distributed frameworks that orchestrate large-scale concurrent I/O operations
- Create tools for detecting race conditions, memory leaks, and architectural flaws
- Use LLMs and generative AI for scenario generation and root-cause analysis
- Develop chaos experiments that simulate latency, packet loss, and hardware failures
- Build telemetry pipelines for latency, jitter, and system behavior analysis
- Produce design documentation, architectural plans, and reviewed production code
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience
- Strong understanding of Python internals and production-grade software development
- Experience with distributed systems, TCP/IP, RDMA, or storage protocols
- Understanding of consistency and metadata challenges at scale
- Site Reliability Engineering mindset focused on observability and reliability
Nice to have
- Experience with AI coding tools, LLMs, or generative AI
- Ability to read and debug C++, Rust, or Go
- Background in distributed systems, networking, or storage protocols
