Full-time QA Automation Engineer position in Karmiel for a hands-on engineer developing and maintaining automated tests for multidisciplinary hardware and software products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for hardware and software products
- Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing
- Investigate, analyze, and document software and hardware issues
- Execute automation tests and improve automation frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Service teams on quality improvements
- Maintain test documentation, reports, and validation results
- Participate in debugging and root-cause analysis
- Help implement and validate new technologies and testing methodologies
Requirements
- Practical Engineering diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of QA engineering experience
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, or similar test automation frameworks
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD and ALM tools
- Experience testing multidisciplinary hardware and software systems
