System Integration Engineer

Join a defense technology company to integrate complex multidisciplinary systems. You will combine hardware, software, electronic modules, and embedded components, performing integration tests, debugging, and validation. Requires a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform system integration of multidisciplinary defense systems.
  • Integrate hardware, software, electronic modules, communication interfaces, and embedded components.
  • Execute integration tests, system tests, verification, and validation activities.
  • Analyze technical issues, investigate failures, and support root cause analysis.
  • Support system bring-up, debugging, and performance testing.
  • Work with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, and communication tools.
  • Write and update technical documentation, test procedures, integration reports, and failure analysis reports.
  • Work closely with system engineers, hardware engineers, software developers, QA, and field teams.
  • Support field trials, customer demonstrations, and system acceptance processes.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in system integration, testing, validation, or multidisciplinary engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding of electronic systems, communication interfaces, and system-level behavior.
  • Experience working with lab equipment and debugging tools.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, technical specifications, and system documentation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • High level of English, including reading and writing technical documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience from defense, aerospace, communication, RF, radar, electro-optics, or embedded systems.
  • Experience with embedded or real-time systems.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, UART, SPI, I2C, RS232, or RS422.
  • Experience integrating command & control systems, sensors, communication systems, or airborne systems.
  • Experience with Python, MATLAB, or scripting for automation and testing.
  • Security clearance or eligibility for security clearance.
