Lead and manage a team of React Native developers, design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android, drive architecture, CI/CD, and team growth. Own the mobile domain and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of React Native developers.
- Design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Drive architecture decisions, development standards, and code reviews.
- Lead Agile/Scrum processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Solve technical challenges and improve application performance.
- Work with APIs, backend services, and third-party integrations.
- Lead CI/CD and deployment automation processes.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members.
- Manage release processes and deployments across App Store and Google Play.
Requirements
- 5+ years of React Native development experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing development teams.
- Experience developing iOS and Android applications in production.
- Experience with Native development using Swift and/or Kotlin.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Experience with code reviews and development best practices.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
- Deep understanding of Mobile Application Architecture.
- Experience managing release processes across environments.
- Experience publishing applications through App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Familiarity with mobile review, approval, and rollback processes.
- Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and Analytics.
