Pre-silicon verification engineer responsible for verifying advanced ARM-based server SoCs from specification through silicon. Works across hardware, software, and physical design teams, utilizing UVM, SystemVerilog, and agentic AI methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Engage from product definition to shape requirements and translate product intent into verification strategies before RTL is written
- Work side-by-side with software teams to verify hardware-software interfaces and ensure seamless integration
- Verify physical design aspects within functional verification, bridging logical correctness and silicon reality
- Perform classic functional verification using SV/UVM/TLM
- Optimize performance at all levels in addition to logical correctness verification
- Apply agentic AI in verification workflow as a core part of design and verification
Requirements
- Electrical or Computer Science engineering degree
- 5+ years of experience with RTL verification
- Knowledge of hardware verification concepts and tools (UVM, Coverage Driven verification)
- Sound understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, Verilog/SystemVerilog/Specman
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Perl/Bash/Tcl/Python
- Knowledge of PCIe, Processors, Ethernet, DDR
