Lead product industrialization from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring design robustness, production readiness, and quality. Drive DFM/DFT optimization, prototyping, pilot builds, and production ramp-up for complex electro-mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead system and product integration to ensure compliance with specifications, on-time delivery, and high quality throughout the design-to-production lifecycle.
- Create and maintain engineering and manufacturing documentation, including implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and product lifecycle management (PLM).
- Collaborate with R&D, suppliers, and contract manufacturers on development, design, build, and testing of new production assemblies and cabinet systems.
- Manage configuration control, BOM structure readiness, and continuous improvements.
- Prepare production files, define production flow, and develop work instructions and procedures.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar NPI roles.
- Proven experience working with multidisciplinary systems and equipment.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing and production processes.
- High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong understanding of BOM structures and procedure preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and Priority.
- Strong problem-solving skills, well organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to drive tasks to successful completion and deliver clear, accurate documentation.
