Lead high-performance board design from concept to production. Focus on signal integrity, SI/PI analysis, and high-speed interfaces. Oversee schematics, PCB layout, component selection, bring-up, validation, and manufacturing support. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system teams.
Responsibilities
- Design schematics and lead PCB layout activities.
- Select components and define electrical and layout constraints.
- Perform SI/PI analysis for high-speed digital and analog designs.
- Lead board bring-up, hands-on lab validation, and debugging.
- Support volume manufacturing, ECOs, and full product lifecycle management.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc. is a strong plus).
- 7+ years of hands-on board-level design experience.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Siemens EDM / Expedition design suite.
- Strong background in high-speed protocols and interfaces (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet).
- Deep hands-on laboratory debugging experience.
- Prior experience with FPGA-based architecture.
- Solid grasp of thermal and power integrity design considerations.
