Lead a team of 5 engineers in advanced technology development, designing and implementing solutions across application software, OS kernel, device drivers, and firmware. Collaborate with partners and customers on cutting-edge networking and distributed computing projects for AI and HPC.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of approximately 5 engineers in advanced technologies development
- Design and implement solutions from high-level applications to OS, driver subsystems, and firmware
- Work on projects involving state-of-the-art high-performance computing hardware and software
- Provide technical guidance and collaborate with software architecture, chip architecture, and engineering departments
- Collaborate with partners and customers
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of industry experience in system programming or related fields
- 3+ years of experience leading a team
- Understanding of multi-core hardware, operating systems design, concurrency, virtual memory, caching, interrupts, device drivers, and real-time systems
- Excellent programming skills
- Ability to learn complex concepts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
Nice to have
- Familiarity with networking protocols
- Experience with open-source projects (coursework, personal, or contributions)
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
