Lead complex board and switch system design for GPU networking infrastructure, coordinating multidisciplinary hardware development from concept through mass production.
Responsibilities
- Lead switch system design from concept through mass production
- Define product specifications, electrical schematics, and component selection
- Guide PCB layout and integrate board, mechanical, thermal, production, software, firmware, and RTL work
- Serve as the technical decision maker and project focal point
- Conduct hands-on hardware testing in the laboratory
- Support production and qualification processes
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 12 years of board design experience in complex hardware projects
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects
- Hands-on laboratory testing skills
- Multilayer PCB design knowledge
- High-current power delivery design experience
- Understanding of RTL implementations using CPLD or FPGA
- Project management and independent working skills
Nice to have
- Data-center switch product design for high-volume manufacturing
- High-speed design at 25 Gb/s or above
- Hardware team leadership experience
- Advanced PCB technology knowledge
- Customer-facing product requirements experience
