A medical device startup is looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to lead end-to-end software development for implantable sensor systems. The role involves hands-on development in Embedded C/C++ and C#/.NET Core across Linux and Windows, integrating hardware, firmware, and cloud data pathways in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development for medical device systems.
- Develop embedded C/C++ and C#/.NET Core applications.
- Integrate software with hardware, firmware, and cloud data pathways.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in C/C++/embedded software development.
- Proven experience with Linux development.
- Experience with C# and .NET Core.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries (medical, defense, aerospace, automotive).
- Background in hardware/software interfaces, microcontrollers, or real-time systems.
